RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Within 14 days of receiving the items, they can be returned with a description of the reason for return. The return of the goods is the responsibility and at the expense of the buyer.
Only items that are absolutely undamaged and in perfect, unworn condition will be accepted back. The items must be returned in their original packaging, free of stickers and damage. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to assert claims for compensation.
Returns should be addressed to:Shipping costs for orders with free shipping will be deducted from the refund amount if the order value falls below the free shipping threshold after return.
Pick-up orders that are not collected within 14 calendar days cannot be returned.
A warehouse pickup order can only be canceled as long as the order has not yet been fully processed. If the order has already been picked and/or packed by our logistics team, we will charge a CHF 5 fee. This fee is intended to partially cover the costs already incurred for picking, packing, and returning the merchandise to inventory.
