• Care instructions: To heat the pillow, please remove the spelt husk filling; only the filling should be heated. Microwave the pillow for approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute at a maximum of 600W, or bake it in the oven at 75°C for approximately 3-5 minutes. Ensure that it does not get too hot, otherwise there is a risk of burns.
