We deliver worldwide.
For delivery within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, your shipping cost is CHF 8.00 (Economy) or CHF 10.00 (Priority). There are no shipping costs for pure voucher orders or an order with a goods value of more than CHF 100.00.
Our warehouse is located in Switzerland and we ship from Switzerland.

SELF PICKUP
It is possible to pick up the order from the following day.
Collection is possible from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Please bring the order confirmation with you as proof.
RETURNS
Within 14 days of receipt of the items, they can be returned with a description of the reason for the return. The return of the goods is at the responsibility and expense of the buyer.
Only items that are absolutely undamaged and in perfect, unworn condition will be accepted. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unsealed and undamaged. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to assert claims for compensation.
