The Ethel Tutu by Mimi & Lula creates an enchanting witch costume in no time. Soft black tulle, adorned with sparkling golden constellations, and a delicate pink satin bow give the skirt the perfect blend of mysterious elegance and playful charm.

The airy tulle layers sway beautifully with every turn, inviting imaginative role-playing, Halloween, carnival, or fairy-tale costume parties. The elastic waistband ensures a comfortable fit and plenty of freedom of movement for playing, dancing, and conjuring.

For the perfect witch look, the Ethel Tutu can be ideally combined with the matching Ethel Witch Hat or the Ethel Witch Cape.
